Harper Hygienics’ ESG KPIs for Q1 & Q2 2024
Harper Hygienics is pleased to announce improved ESG KPIs for Q1 & Q2 2024. The company is continuously working to reduce its environmental impact while maintaining high standards of product quality.
We have reduced our Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions to 0.394 and 0.391 thousand tons in Q1 and Q2, respectively. The projected amount for the entire year 2024 is 1.569 thousand tons, which is lower than the 2023 total of 1.623 thousand tons.
Energy use intensity by high-impact climate sectors, measured in GWh per million EUR of company revenues, was 0.379 in Q1 and 0.335 in Q2. The expected amount for 2024 is 0.357, compared to 1.808 in 2023. This demonstrates increased energy efficiency and a reduced environmental impact.
The company's average unadjusted gender pay gap has shown improvement in Q1 and Q2, at 9.68% and 11.91%, respectively. This is projected to continue with a year-end forecast of 10.80%. This represents a positive trend compared to the 14.58% gap recorded in 2023.
